ADK Removal ("ADK Removal," "we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned junk removal and cleanout business serving homeowners and small businesses across New York's Capital Region. 01 Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you request a quote through our website form, or when you call, text, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, town, a description of the items you want removed, your preferred date, how you heard about us, and any photos you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure and running. Our website does not run advertising trackers.
Maps. Our service-area map loads imagery from third-party map providers (OpenStreetMap and CARTO). When the map loads, those providers may receive your IP address as part of delivering the map.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to prepare and send you a quote or estimate, contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, schedule and complete your job, keep basic records of our work, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
03 Photos and AI-Assisted Estimates
Photos help us give you a fast, accurate quote. When you send photos through our form or by text, we use them to estimate the size and effort of your job.
To help prepare your estimate, we may review the photos ourselves and may process them using third-party artificial intelligence (AI) tools that help us assess the volume and type of items. We use your photos only to prepare your estimate and provide our services. We do not sell your photos or use them to identify you for unrelated purposes.
Please avoid including sensitive documents, ID, or valuables in your photos. If any appear, we treat them as confidential.
04 How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that help us operate, including our website host and form handler (Netlify), our email (Google), our phone and text line (Google Voice), and the AI tools described above. They receive only what is needed to perform their service.
- Legal reasons, if we are required to by law or need to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We never sell your personal information to anyone.
05 Text Messages and Calls
By providing your phone number or texting us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your quote and job. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
06 How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your quote request, messages, and photos only for as long as we need them to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. When we no longer need your information, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
07 Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email info.adkremoval@gmail.com or call (518) 313-1020, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
